Homemade Pico de Gallo
We put Pico de Gallo on everything ! Tuesday nights are reserved for Mexican entrees so thats when I usually mix up a batch or two of fresh Pico de Gallo for the week……… well maybe just for the next day or two. There are lots of ways to make Pico de Gallo and I am by no means a chef! This is the mixture that works for us!
